Episode 10: Your Brushstrokes of Life

glenn.substack.com

Hi from Glenn!

We are in the last days of 2020, so enjoy it!

Today I wanted to do a video titled “Your Brushstrokes of Life”. If this sounds familiar, it should, because I am basing it on an article I wrote earlier this year. The topic is “practical spirituality” and the message is timeless. I think it’s especially important right now. There are a lot of people who feel lost in life right now, especially young people.

The fact is, suicides, depression and drug overdoses have risen dramatically. At the same time, propaganda and mass manipulation has increased to a rediculus level.

This video will hopefully help you bring more clarity into your life. Please share it with everyone you know who may be having some challenging times.

Please comment below, and ask questions if you want.

Dear Glenn:

I really have appreciated your articles and what you have to say verbally. You are a human being very concerned about what is going on in the world - and especially to humanity. As I have pointed out before there is a Great Controversy here on earth between Christ and Satan. And our purpose as human beings is to choose which side we are going to be on throughout our daily lives - and living it. Yes, as individuals we have to realize about Christ and come to know Him and what He expects of His followers - which is obedience to his 10 commandments and to trust Him, be dependent on Him - and we will make mistakes - but that is why Christ died to save man from his sins - not save man in his sins - there is a big difference. We are to ask the Father through Christ to help us get rid of our sins and our flaws to develop our character to be closer to the character of Christ - for our character is the only thing we can take with us. Us meaning whoever God allows to be in heaven and live with His heavenly beings, and those in other worlds that Christ has created, but worlds that chose not to let Satan get them to be disobedient to His 10 commandments of which we are all judged upon. Unfortunately, our first parents were disobedient and let sin into the world and our characters are the character of Satan. And for the time Lucifer was in heaven and then given the name of Satan after he was kicked out of heaven and was able to deceive Eve and then Adam - God has let him run his sin course so that everyone can see what the mystery of sin is all about - deception, destruction, disease, etc. - completely the opposite of God's character. In the middle of sin and pride is "i". In the Bible - Isaiah 14:12-14, Proverbs 16:18, James 2:19 and James 4:6. It is very sad that Lucifer/Satan did all that he did all the while forgetting that he was a created being and therefore really messed himself up - Ezekiel 28:15. I realize there are other beliefs and religions out there and that everyone is a free agent to choose how they want to believe - in fact that is how God works in our lives. God does not coerce someone to believe in Him - if He did then He would be going against His character which is Love. I Corinthians 13, Exodus 33:18-23 and Exodus 34:1-7. In 1Samuel 15:23 it explains what rebellion is - which is what Lucifer did in heaven and continued outside of heaven as Satan. Our characters are like that of Satan's character. The only treatment and cure is through Christ - He is the way, the truth, the life, etc.. He is the only way to heaven - eternal life. In 1Thessalonians 4 - the Bible talks about what happens to the sleeping brethren and those that are alive on earth when Jesus comes again - they rise from their graves and those alive are caught up into the air to meet their Lord - which goes along with 1Corinthians 15:52 - in that those that are raised up will be changed to be immortal (incorruptible). And nowhere in the Bible does it say that the dead go to heaven when they die. Ecclesiastes 9:5 and John 11 - it is a man-made tradition that was started by the heathen nations and was used by the Roman Catholic Church for their doctrines to control their people. Don't get me wrong - there are many good Christian people in the Catholic Church but it is the system (the Papacy) that is corrupt and the people are ignorant of it. Look up the history, the catechism and the doctrines - that is what I am going by. There is no purgatory in the Bible as well as other man-made doctrines. There are other religious entities that have doctrines also of going to heaven when you die, too. But if people went to heaven when they died - why would Jesus have to come back to get them and then change the righteous that are allowed in heaven that are written in the Book of Life into immortality versus the wicked dead and the wicked that are alive when He comes back are either remaining asleep or fall dead to be asleep until after the thousand years - when Jesus comes back to raise all the wicked and they along with Satan and his demons (evil angels) will be burned in the lake of fire. Satan has many deceptions out there since Genesis 3:1-7 - so that he can get as many humans to believe them and be on his side as he can and ultimately be destroyed and not gain eternal life. Actually even before Genesis 3 - Lucifer manipulated and deceived one-third of the angels who chose to listen to him who then became his demons to help him destroy as many humans as he can. And God has promised that He will not allow anyone into heaven that will start the mystery of sin up again. I remember reading a quote awhile back that goes something like: Force is the last resort of a false religion. So think very carefully about the violence in different religious entities: for instance Islam and also the Roman Catholic Church vs. the Dark Ages/Reformation with Luther, etc. and how it was even before 538 A.D. when the Pope became Pontifus Maximus. Yes, lots of history out there. Note: When I am talking about the violence of the religious entities - I am not talking about those so-called Christian Brigades or whatever they were and going around killing people - that was not real Christiantity but under the guise of it. Anyway - I hope this helps somewhat to anyone out there regarding immortality, death issues, etc.. God has His truths out there - and for every truth of God, Satan has one or more deceptions - so please be careful. Take care.
